Southwest Airlines
Allows for (1) checked bag 50lbs or less at no cost included with your ticket.
Carry on item is free.
United
All luggage must be purchased. One carry and one personal item under the seat are free.
You can purchase one checked bag 24 hours before you travel. You will receive a check in email which will allow you to purchase one checked bag or you can do by visiting united.com or the United app.
Keep your receipt(s) for reimbursement after travel.
One bag is reimbursable. We do not reimburse for over the limit bag fees.
American
All luggage must be purchased. One carry on and one personal item under the seat are free.
You can purchase one checked bag 24 hours before your travel. You will receive a check in email which will allow you to purchase one checked bag or you can do so by visiting aa.com or the American Airlines app..
Keep your receipt(s) for reimbursement after travel.

Frontier
All luggage must be purchased.
One personal item under the seat as free.
You can purchase one checked bag 24 hours before your travel. Go to flyfrontier.com and log into My Trip/Check In with your 6 digit confirmation code and last name.
You will be directed to the Manage My Booking page which will allow you to “Add Baggage."

Spirit
All luggage must be purchased.
Spirit allows one item under the seat as free. You must pay for a carry one.
You can purchase one checked bag more than 24 hours before you travel. Go to spirit.com and select the My Trips tab. Enter you last name and 6 digit confirmation code.
You will be directed to the “Add Bags” link which will allow you to purchase one checked bag for $39-$45 dollars. A carry-on purchase would be at your own expense.

FLYERS:
If your flight is delayed due to weather or mechanical issues:
If you are at the airport, work with your airline first as they can put you on another flight or an alternate carrier at no charge.
If they cannot assist you or you will miss your date of arrival, please email travel@uhm.com and include your Name, Carrier, and Reason (Delayed, Cancelled). We will work with you to find an alternative solution.
If outside of work hours, please contact Options Travel at 1-847-803-3000 for assistance, and tell them you are with UHM.
If you are unable to travel, you must do the following:
First, call your Manager immediately
Second, e-mail travel@uhm.com
DRIVERS:
If you run into any delays and will be a late check in:

UHM will cover the cost of your hotel room, tax, and self-parking (NO valet). However, each hotel requires a form of payment at check in for incidentals (i.e. movies, room service). The hotel will place a hold on your card for the daily incidental amount (varies by hotel) which will be released after check-out. If you use a credit card, it will take 3-5 days for the hold to be released. If you use a debit card, it will take 7 – 10 days for the hold to be released and you will be unable to use these funds in your account until the hold is released. For this reason, it is recommended you use your credit card in lieu of a debit card. If you don’t have one available, you can purchase a prepaid credit card to avoid any issues with your bank. Please call your Hotel directly to if you have any questions regarding this policy.
Holds by Hotel:
Marriott & Hilton - $100 per night held at check in
Westin – flat $100 held at check in
At registration, you will be provided your name tag which includes your drink tickets for the Out of Town Dinner and the Celebration Event.
OUT OF TOWN ATTENDEES:
You will register for the event at the Out of Town Dinner on Thursday night at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown.
LOCAL ATTENDEES:
If you are a local attendee, you will register at the Cleveland Convention Center outside Meeting Room #22 & #24 on Friday Morning.
