*We are aware that the Government Shutdown may cause flight delays/cancellations and are closely monitoring your flights. Please refer to our FAQs page for more information on how to handle day-off flights delays. We recommend arriving to the airport early and allowing for additional time at the airport.
**Please note that your Driver's license or state ID must be REAL ID compliant in order to fly domestically. If you do not have a REAL ID, you will need another form of acceptable identification to clear the TSA Checkpoint.

Airport Transportation

Departure Ground Transportation
If your transportation is listed as "People's Express", you have scheduled transportation with People's Express Transportation. Upon landing, go to Baggage Claim and meet the transportation Greeter by Carousel 5. The Greeter will take you to your designated transportation (staged outside door 7) and will drive you to the Hilton, Westin, Drury or Marriott.

Please note the time listed is not your actual pickup time but the time you will land - by/group pairing. All flights will be monitored for early or late arrival and your transportation will be adjusted accordingly on site.
If you need assistance finding your transportation at the airport, call 440.248.3007.
All transportation will depart directly from your hotel (Hilton, Marriott, Westin, Drury). You will bring your luggage to the main lobby and board your shuttle to the airport.
Please meet in the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your posted time, as transportation will leave promptly at the scheduled time.
UBER Information
If your transportation is listed as "UBER" you will be utilizing the UHM Uber account for airport transportation.

You will be receive an email from UBER to set up your Business Account Ride Profile in the week leading up to APC.

Event Transportation
Out of Town Dinner Transportation
Partners staying at Marriott, Westin & Drury:
There will be busing provided from the Marriott, Westin & Drury to the Hilton for the Out of Town Dinner. Please refer to the schedule below for departure times.
From Marriott, Westin and Drury:
Trip 1: 5:45 PM pickup time
Trip 2: 6:00 PM pickup time
Trip 3: 6:15 PM pickup time

Transportation back to the hotel from the Hilton will depart starting at 9:00 PM, with the last pick up at 10:00 PM.

Partners Staying at Marriott & Hilton:
Partners staying at the Marriott can walk across the street and enter the Convention Center through the W. St. Clair Ave entrance - follow signage to the Grand Ballroom. The buses for the Westin and the Drury will also pick up at the Marriott, but we highly recommend walking to the Convention Center through the Global Center entrance (as it is directly across from the Marriott valet).

Partners staying at the Hilton can utilize the walkway connected to the hotel. Please take elevator all the way to the bottom floor of the hotel and take the walkway to the Convention Center - follow signage to the Grand Ballroom.
Partners staying at Westin & Drury:
There will be busing provided from the Westin & the Drury the morning of APC to bring you to the Convention Center. Please refer to the schedule below for departure times.
Westin:
Trip 1: 6:15 AM pickup time
Trip 2: 6:30 AM pickup time
Trip 3: 6:45 AM pickup time
Drury:
Only Trip: 6:45 AM pickup time
